abstract | ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE: Process for preparing compounds of general formula I (I) wherein X represents a hydrogen or a halogen atom or a nitro, trifluoromethyl, methyl or methoxy radical; n is 2, 3, 4 or 5; and R1 and R2, which may be the same or different, each represents a hydrogen atom or a Cl 5 alkyl or hydroxyalkyl radical or, together with the nitrogen atom to which they are attached, they represent a saturated heterocyclic ring selected from the group consisting of pyrrolidino, piperidino, morpholi-no and piperazino ring optionally being substituted by one or more substituents selected from hydroxy, Cl-5 alkyl, Cl-5 hydro-xyalkyl, C3-6 cycloalkyl, Cl-5 acyl, C2-6 alkoxycarbonyl and phenyl radicals (said phenyl radical itself being optionally substituted by a halogen atom or a trifluoromethyl radical); and acid addition salts thereof, having remarkable antihistaminic and bronchospasmolytic activity. |
