abstract | PRECISION OF DISCLOSURE: The invention relates to a process for the preparation of catalysts comprising an active phase corresponding to the formula general: Aa Moc Wd Bb Ox in which: A represents at least one metal chosen from group comprising cobalt, nickel, manganese, lead; B represents at least one metal chosen from the group including iron, bismuth, chromium, thallium; at representing the sum of the indices assigned to each of the metals A, is greater than 0 and less than or equal to about 12; c and d are each greater than or equal to 0 and less than or equal to 12, their sum c + d being equal to approximately 12; b representing the sum of the indices assigned to each of the metals B, is greater 0 and less than or equal to about 1.5 [(c + d) -a]; and x satisfied to process valences of the type according to which, in a first step, the incoming metal salts are mixed in the aqueous phase in the composition of the active phase, molybdenum and / or tungsten being in the form of ammonium salts and at least one metals A and B being in the form of a nitrate or a chloride, in a second step, the dough obtained is dried and in a third step, at least one calcination of the solid is carried out possibly obtained deposited on a support. This process is characterized in that in the first step, successively, adding to a first aqueous solution containing the salts of molybdenum and tungsten ammonium in a quantity allowing to reach the values c and d, a second aqueous solution containing the salts of A and B in sufficient quantity to reach the values a and b, in that we add to the blend obtained from ammonia until a pH higher than the pH of the first aqueous starting solution then in what is filtered the solution obtained to obtain said paste. These catalysts are used in particular for the preparation of aldehydes .alpha.,. beta. unsaturated by oxidation of olefin in the gas phase. |
