titleOfInvention Method and device for the suppression of magnetic interferences in high amperage cross fitted electrolytic process furnaces
abstract PRECISION OF DISCLOSURE: The invention relates to a method and a device. for the suppression of magnetic disturbances in series of igneous electrolysis cells, for production of aluminum, arranged transversely to the axis of the series, operating at intensities ranging from 200,000 to 300,000 Amps. This process consists in extracting a current cathodic by a plurality of sealed conductive elements in cathode blocks and coming out vertically through the bottom of the box, and to derive from 30 to 54% of the current total cathodic in arranged connecting conductors, on at least part of their journey, outside the two vertical planes passing through the ends of the anode system.
