abstract | PRECISION OF DISCLOSURE: New pregn-4-ene derivatives, corresponding to the formula general (I): in which X1 represents a group , Y represents a hydrogen atom or a halogen atom, R1 represents a hydrogen atom or an acyl residue containing from 1 to 18 carbon atoms, X2 represents a hydrogen atom or a hydroxyl group, R in position 16.alpha. or 16.beta. , represented a methyl group, Z represents either a hydro-xyl, either an alkyloxy or cycloalkyloxy group contains mant of 1 to 12 carbon atoms, i.e. an acyloxy group, containing from 1 to 18 carbon atoms, i.e. an aminocarbonyloxy group OCONHW, in which W represents a hydrocarbon radical containing from 1 to 12 atoms of carbon, or an OCHCO2R2 group in which R2 represents an atom of hydrogen or an alkyl radical containing from 1 to 12 carbon atoms bone, or an NHCO2R3 group, R3 representing a radical hydrocarbon containing 1 to 12 carbon atoms, i.e. NHCONH2 group, dotted lines in cycle A represent a possible double bond in 1 (2) and or A and B each represent a hydrogen atom position 6 and in position 7, or A and B together form a double carbon-carbon bond in 6 (7) provided that if the cycle A bears an ethylenic unsaturation in 1 (2), A representing a hydrogen atom, B a hydrogen atom, Y a hydro atom gene or fluorine, X2 a hydrogen atom or a group hydroxyl and R a methyl radical, Z does not represent a hydroxyl group. The derivatives of formula (I) are gentle antiallergic properties while being little antiflamma-roofs. |
