ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A carboxylated polymer latex containing a minor amount by weight of a heat sensitizer sufficient to gel the polymer and which also can contain fillers,wetting agents and stabilizers can be used to provide a water resistant film on the surface or a hot rubber compound or composition whlch subsequently can be cooled rapidly with water and dried. The resulting latex coated rubber can then be stacked or assembled without sticking. |
