"Process for obtaining mineral fillers based on hydrates of calcium aluminates, aluminous cements or Portland cements" Société Anonyme known as: LAFARGE Invention by Jacques BAUDOUIN Jean Pierre CASPAR The present invention relates to a process for obtaining mineral fillers based on hydrates of calcium aluminates, aluminous cements or Portland cements. In the process according to the present invention, the raw materials are hydrated in a highly concentrated medium, then the dough is transformed into a fluid suspension by the addition of water and a thinning surfactant such as the viscosity of the suspension is less than 1000cps, for a dry extract of 60 to 80%. A charge formed of micron particles is thus obtained. (a) Application to loads for the paper and paint industries. |
