abstract PRECISION OF DISCLOSURE: Oxadiazole derivatives corresponding to the general formula (I): (I) in which R represents a radical of formula :-( CH2) m-CO-R1 in which m represents an integer equal to 2, 3 or 4 and R1 represents a hydroxy radical, an alkoxyl radical containing mant of 1 to 4 carbon atoms or a radical of formula: in which n represents an integer equal to 1 or 2 and X1 represents a hydrogen atom or a radical alkyl containing 1 to 4 carbon atoms, or R represents a radical of formula: in which R2 has the if-generation of R1 or represents a radical of formula -NH- (CH2) n-CO-R1 in which n and R1 have the meaning already indicated, or R represents a radical of formula: where p represents an integer equal to 1, 2, 3 or 4 and X1 has the meaning already indicated; as well as their pharmaceutically acceptable salts and their preparation process. These compounds have properties anti-inflammatory and antitussive.
