ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Dipeptide derivatives are provided having the structure X-L-proline-Y wherein X is a residue of an amino acid, and Y is a residue of p-nitroaniline, p-phenylazoaniline or 4-phenylazo-1-naphthyl-amine, and acid salts thereof, the derivatives are useful in the diagnosis of diseases in view of their activity towards X-prolyl dipeptidyl-aminopeptidase in human serum. |
