PRECISE OF DISCLOSURE Process for manufacturing shaped panels, characterized in what it consists of spraying with an elastomer solution, one side of a cardboard plate, preferably a double-sided corrugated cardboard, and a soft plate se, to place the non-sprayed face of the foam plate on that sprinkled on the cardboard plate, to be placed on the sprayed side of the foam, the finish covering, to flip the sandwich thus formed to allow in the next operation, spraying the blank side of the cardboard plate with elastomer solution, to place on the one coated with strips or a sheet of foam and put this set in a mold in which the panel will be stamped to desired shape, and held in that shape thanks to the polymerization of the elastomer solution. |
