abstract | PRECISION OF DISCLOSURE: Cosmetic compositions for hair or skin. These compositions are characterized in that they contain minus a quaternized polymer based on repeating units of form general mule I: (I) in which: R is a lower alkyl group or a group - CH2 - CH2OH; R 'is an aliphatic radical, an alicy-clique or an arylaliphatic radical, such that R 'contains at maximum 20 carbon atoms; or two remains R and R 'atta-with the same nitrogen atom constitute a cycle with it may contain a second heteroatom other than nitrogen; A re-has a divalent group of formula: or in which x, y and t are integers that can vary from 0 to 11 and such that the sum (x + y + t) is greater than or equal to 0 and less than 18, and E and K represent an atom of hydrogen or an aliphatic radical having less than 18 atoms of carbon, or else A represents a divalent group of formula: - (CH2) N - S - (CH2) n -, - (CH2) n - O - (CH2) n -, - (CH2) n - S - S - (CH2) n -, - (CH2) n - SO - (CH2) n -, - (CH2) n - SO2 - (CH2) n -, or n being an integer equal to 2 or 3; B represents a divalent group of formula: or in which D and G represent a hydrogen atom or a aliphatic radical having less than 13 carbon atoms, and v, z and u are whole numbers which can vary from 0 to 11, two of which can simultaneously be equal to 0, such that the sum (v + z + u) is greater than or equal to 1 and less than 18, and such that the sum (v + z + u) is greater than 1 when the sum (x + y + t) is equal to 0, or else B represents a divalent grouping of formula: or , n being defined as above; and X? represents a anion derived from an organic or mineral acid. The polymer qua-tarnished defined above is present either as an ingredient main active ingredient, either as an additive. |
