abstract ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE An RTV composition having long pot life and low shrinkage comprises 100 parts of a linear silanol stopped fluid siloxane having a viscosity of 103 - 107 cp; 100-350 parts filler; 1 - 30 parts alkyl silicate or partial hydrolyzate; 0.1 - 5% organo tin catalyst which is the reaction product of an organic tin oxide and a hydrocarbon ester, and 0.5 - 10 parts of a decelerator which is a low molecular weight silanol stopped diorganosiloxane.
