abstract ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The present invention relates to compounds of the formula wherein one of R1 and R3 independently are alkyl of from 1 to 6 carbon atoms and the other of R1 and R3 is alkenyl of 3 to 6 carbon atoms, phenyl, haphthyl, phenyl substituted with from 1 to 4 halogens of atomic number 9 to 35 or from 1 to 2 alkoxy groups of 1 to 4 carbon atoms, or alkaryl of 7 to 12 carbon atoms and substituted with from 1 to 4 halogens of atomic number 9 to 35 or from 1 to 2 alkoxy groups of 1 to 4 carbon atoms, and R5 is dihalovinyl, trihalovinyl, 1-hydroxy-2,2,2-trihaloethyl, or 1,2,2,2-tetrahaloethyl where-in the halogen is of atomic number 17 to 35 and a method for the use of such compounds as berbicides and fungicides.
