PRECISION OF DISCLOSURE: New aluminum and / or magnesium salts of formula general (I) (I) in which the amino acid is of form D, L or DL, n is equal to 3 or 4, a is an integer from 1 to 10, b is an integer from 0 to 9, c is 0 or 1 and d is an integer from 0 to 19, these numbers being linked by the relation a + d = 3b + 20 their preparation and the compositions containing them.
