abstract PRECISION OF DISCLOSURE: Cerebral circulation vaso-regulatory drug, characterized in that it contains, as active ingredient, a combination of vincamine and acetylsalicylic acid. The medi-cament according to the invention contains from 0.050 to 0.500 grams of acid acetyl salicylic acid and from 0.005 to 0.050 grams of vincamine, the weight ratio of vincamine to acetylsalicylic acid varying from 0.01 to 0.1. Used, preventively or curatively, it improves brain oxygenation, in affections cerebrovascular diseases, cerebral sclerosis, insufficiency cerebral circulatory, the cerebro-sclerosis of the old man, the hypertensive retinopathies and edematous maculopathies.
