abstract SPECIFIC New heterocyclic amides of formula I: I in which: - X is N or CH; - n is 0 or 1, and - R is a radical of formula: or or in which: - R1 is hydrogen or methyl; - R2 and R3, identical, are lower alkyl or together represent a chain - (CH2) p- possibly interrupted by oxygen, where p varies from 4 to 7. and - R 'represents an aliphatic hydrocarbon radical saturated or not, linear or branched from C1 to C20, a radical cycloalkyl from C3 to C7, or a radical of formula in which: - A is a single bond or a hydro-carbon from C1 to C6 optionally containing oxygen, and - Ar and R "are each an aromatic radical possibly substituted, and their addition salts with compatible acids, are prepared: - either by reacting a derivative of formula II: II on a derivative of formula III: III IV - either by reacting a derivative of formula V: V on a derivative of formula VI: VI X, n and R having in formulas I? to VI the same meaning as in formula I and Z representing Cl, Br or -O-COO alkyl. These new derivatives are used as a medicine, especially in the treatment of gastric hypersecretion, peptic ulcers and nervous system disorders central.
