The present invention describes improvements to the prosthetic devices used for unclamped and sutured, unclamped and sutured, clamped and sutured, and / or clamped and sutured anastomosis with side-to-side, end-to-side and side-to-side anastomosis. where the graft is inserted into the lumen of the prosthesis or at least one of the intraluminal parts of the tubular member of the prosthesis. Prosthesis enhancements may be produced in varying shapes and sizes to accommodate varying sizes and types of grafts, and may even be formed of two halves (16,17) which may be joined by pressure, screws (20) or a tilting portion ( 22), and may be made of any material suitable for surgical use, such as titanium, stainless steel, nitinol, pyrolytic carbon, silicone, biodegradable materials, or any other biocompatible and inert materials.
