abstract | EYE DRAINAGE DEVICE IN THE TREATMENT OF GLAUCOMA, the present invention consists of a Device to be manufactured to be used in Glaucoma surgeries, to be performed in a surgical center or in an office, which aim to control the eye pressure, which will be manufactured in any metal or material tolerable by the human body, such as: Titanium, Gold and Silicone, consisting of a tubular Body (01) straight or even, as a rounded shape with a Curvature (Ca) similar to that of the Eyeball, as well as a External projection (04) in the shape of a half arrow with a cutting front (05) and a blunt rear (P), in addition to a frontal tip (06) diagonally chamfered, and a rounded circular front edge (B) with a variable dimension between 0.1mm and 1, Omm (one tenth to one millimeter) in height, in addition to an Internal Nozzle (02) both on the top, and on either side, that is, on the side and an External Nozzle (03) and, still an Arrow sock (04) which in turn will have on the front a previous Tip (P), and this said Drainage Device will be applied by means of a conductor that may be a Needle (Ag) or metallic thread, which must contain a Limiting Tube (TL) or a Limiting Bounce (RL) in order to limit the introduction of said Needle in the Tubular Body (01) preventing it from moving backwards on the needle at the moment of introduction into the eye. |
