titleOfInvention hermetic sealing bearing for rotary equipment
abstract HERMETIC SEALING BEARING FOR ROTATING EQUIPMENT Processing of particulate materials, the dimensions of which may range from nanometer to several millimeters, tends to damage the sealing elements. The present invention consists of a water cooled dynamic type bearing for working with solid particles of various sizes. The bearing features a dynamic sealing system capable of maintaining operation under high vacuum or inert gas injection. It can be used in various types of low, medium and high speed rotary equipment. The bearing and shaft work in precise alignment and the operation operation is extremely quiet. The bearing housing has an internal jacket with water for cooling and can circulate in a closed circuit, removing all heat generated in operation. The bearing sealing system was damaged by a labyrinth element and a dynamic contact ring with a tear for oring coupling. The seal is complemented by a dust seal and a mechanical seal, fixed to the housing and with dynamic shaft contact. Depending on the application, this seal prevents dust from the external environment or process particulate matter from entering closed containers.
