titleOfInvention | "process of recycling nylon contained in fabrics" |
abstract | NYLON RECYCLING PROCESS CONTAINED IN FABRICS. Patent relating to the field of recycling processes using chemicals to obtain a state of purity such that the waste can be reused as designed and chemically generated, and for this purpose it is necessary to select the waste by separating fabrics containing non-process fibers such as cotton, polypropylene, polyesters by hand processes and or measuring equipment. Once the foreign elements have been separated, the nylons 6 and 6.6 should be separated by melting point evaluation, which has different characteristics for end use at both textile and engineering plastics level. The residue or material to be processed and already selected manually will be divided into lots of Nylon 6 and / or 6.6 always depending on the load capacity of the machine material holder. Once batches of material have been formed, they are loaded into the machine's material carrier basket and the process circuit is hermetically sealed. Thus, the process is airtight, oxygen-free, with nitrogen introduction and using as a carrier the hot Dimethylformamide solvent at 90 <198> C in a 6 part solvent to 1 tissue bath ratio. |
