A powder composition comprising a collection of particles (1) having a median particle diameter of 10 micrometres to 200 micrometres, wherein each of said particles (i) comprises (a) a coating of a fatty compound having a point of particle is provided. fusion of 50 µm and 110 µm and (b) one or more internal particles (ii) comprising one or more complexes containing a cyclopropene compound molecule or one. portion of a molecule of cyclopropene compound encapsulated in a molecule of a molecular encapsulating agent. Also provided is a suspension comprising water and such a powder. Also provided is a method of confining the plants or parts of the plant with this suspension.
