abstract | PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION FOR TREATING OVARIAN DYSFUNCTIONS AND INDICATING FOLLICULAR GROWTH AND OVULATION IN MAMMALS AND USE Researching alternatives to improve fertility efficiency, the efficiency of reproductive biotechniques and treatment of ovarian dysfunction, it was discovered that the inhibitor of the converting enzyme enzyme angiotensin (ACE), enalapril significantly increased embryo recovery rate, number of embryos able to transfer (grade I and grade II embryos), as well as the number of products born in treated I compared to untreated animals. Therefore, a pharmaceutical composition is claimed for the treatment of ovarian disorders, induction and synchronization of follicular growth and ovulation in mammals, based on ACE inhibitors and / or angiotensin receptor antagonists, in association with progestogens. |
