titleOfInvention | process for obtaining nanocrystalline cellulose using acid hydrolysis and nanocrystalline cellulose obtained |
abstract | PROCESS FOR OBTAINING NANOCRISTALINE CELLULOSE USING ACID HYDROLYYSIS AND OBTAINED NANOCRISTALINE CELLULOSE. The present invention relates to a process for obtaining cellulose whiskers from vegetable pulp. The process obtains cellulose nanocrystals (whiskers) from acid hydrolysis using hydrochloric acid preferably in Pinus taeda pulp with long fibers. The process makes use of dilute acid and short reaction times. |
