abstract crosslinked elastomer with thermoplastic transformation and the respective preparation process. the present invention relates to a crosslinked elastomer with thermoplastic transformation, comprising two phases respectively thermoplastic and liquid silicone elastomer, and the respective preparation process. that elastomer, according to the invention, comprises: - a first phase (a) based on at least one thermoplastic polymer; - a second phase based on at least one bicomponent liquid silicone elastomer (bi and b2) cross-linked by hydrosilylation; and - a system that makes these phases compatible, comprising: - at least one polymer (cl) chosen from the grafted polyolefins, terpolymers with poly (aromatic vinyl - conjugated diene - methyl methacrylate) blocks, with poti blocks (methyl methacrylate - alkyl acrylate - methyl methacrylate), ethylene terpolymers - ((meth) alkyl acrylate - acrylic acid and polymers from at least one glycidyl ester, and - a polyorganosiloxane (c2) with functional group (s) sih , in order to obtain a homogeneous dispersion of these phases by reactive extrusion with at least the second phase that is continuous there, according to a sequence of injection and of the particular shear and temperature conditions, this mixture showing improved mechanical properties.
