abstract | method of industrial purification of biologically active phytotoxins this invention relates to a method of industrial purification of biologically active phytotoxins that allows to provide an adequate amount of phytotoxins; if the source of phytotoxins is a pellet, it is subjected to lysis using appropriate methods; the material from cyanobacterial lysis is subjected to cold extraction; obtaining a concentrate from the aqueous phase obtained in the previous step or from the culture medium of the first step; centrifuge the concentrate to obtain a supernatant; pass the supernatant through a column of diatomaceous earth and obtain a phytotoxin eluate; the eluate obtained in the previous step is passed through activated carbon columns; the eluate from the previous step is again passed through a column of diatomaceous earth; the eluate from the previous step is placed in an aqueous phase; the partially purified extract from the previous step is subjected to hplc prepared in several steps, obtaining the pure biologically active phytotoxin. |
