titleOfInvention continuous, industrial-scale production process of bimetallic rebar, notably copper steel, with on-board continuous copper on steel extrusion technology and equipment to obtain copper steel rebar
abstract CONTINUOUS PRODUCTION PROCESS, ON AN INDUSTRIAL SCALE OF BIMETAL BARS, NOTES COVERED STEEL, WITH ON-LINE COPPER EXTRUSION TECHNOLOGY ON STEEL AND EQUIPMENT TO OBTAIN COVERED STEEL SHEET. Represented by an inventive solution in the industry of products and accessories for electrical installations, in particular for products such as earthing rods, bi-metallic conductors of "copper" steel and related products, the unprecedented production process for copper steel rebar being it differs from the conventional process in that it adds value mainly from an industrial and ecological perspective, where in the end a bimetallic copper steel rod product is obtained [8] with the distinction of an ecologically correct product, notable for the way the inventive production process stops harming the environment, because the residues from the specific industrial activity are minimal, and in addition the waste of the inputs involved, specifically steel and copper, is minimized, as the new process, especially the unprecedented equipment [Eq] guarantees a resulting product in the form of a steel rebar covered with a copper layer whose thickness is homogeneous throughout contoured and specified to meet the technical needs expected for the type of product, such as a grounding rod, and to make the above condition doable industrially and commercially said the production process is differentiated by being continuous, and still uses copper extrusion technology to obtain copper, thus standing out for being a clean technology.
