A method for producing a protein of interest or for obtaining a mammalian cell suspension capable of producing a protein of interest, as well as a protein expression vector. The present invention relates to a method for producing a protein of interest, comprising introducing a protein of interest. a protein expression vector comprising a gene fragment, a gene fragment comprising a DNA encoding a protein of interest and a selectable marker gene, and transposon sequences at both ends of the gene fragment in a mammalian cell suspension; integrating the inserted genetic fragment between a pair of transposon sequences into a mammalian cell chromosome to obtain a mammalian cell capable of expressing the protein of interest; and cultivating the mammalian cell in suspension; and a mammalian cell suspension capable of expressing the protein of interest. |
