titleOfInvention | anti-friction coating |
abstract | ANTI - FRICTION COATING. The invention relates to an anti-friction coating (4) made of a tin-based alloy which, in addition to tin, contains at least one other member of the group comprising antimony and copper, optionally lead and / or bismuth and optionally at least an element forming a group comprising zirconium, silicon, zinc, nickel and silver and the proportion of antimony being at most 20% by weight, the proportion of copper being at most 10% by weight, the total proportion of lead and bismuth 1.5% by weight, the total proportion of copper and antimony being by minus 2% by weight and the total proportion of zirconium, silicon, zinc, nickel and silver being a maximum of 3% by weight and tin being present bound in the form of intermetallic phases and freely in the form of a tin-grained tin phase. Tin grains with a beta tin structure have an average size in pm which is calculated on the basis of the formula K = A / (S + 3 <198> + O) and tin grains with a beta tin structure in pm Tin-based alloys in any case have an average grain size of at least 2.5 µm. |
