AMYLASE ENZYMATIC SYSTEMS OBTAINED BY RECOMBINANT DNA TECHNOLOGY. The present invention relates to the production of an amylase-based enzymatic system having characteristics suitable for use in combination with oil well completion fluids. More particularly, the invention is concerned with obtaining a transmembrane-resistant enzyme system by recombinant DNA technology from the heterologous Pyrococcus furiosus genome expressed in yeast and, alternatively, in bacteria for application in formulations. of completion fluids for use in oil wells. |
