titleOfInvention immunocomplex (antigen-antibody), conjugated to peroxidase for the detection of IgM antibodies to dengue virus
abstract FAST ELISA USING IMMUNOCOMPLEX (ANTIGEN-ANTIBODY), ASSOCIATED WITH PEROXIDASE FOR IgM ANTIBODY DETECTION FOR DENGUE VIRUS. The aim of the present invention is to design a new serology developed to reduce the examination time for the diagnosis of dengue virus infections by employing laboratory-produced immunocomplex, providing a drastic reduction in the time taken to obtain the test result. which is currently 72 hours on average, making it possible to achieve the same result in just 3 hours, which will considerably influence the treatment of patients and, consequently, the fight against the disease and its symptoms, reducing the length of stay. and / or treatment of the patient, providing a faster recovery, which is essential, especially in cases of dengue hemorrhagic fever. After several researches and tests, and the one that presented the best satisfactory result, was the "FAST ELISA USING IMMUNOCOMPLEX (ANTIGENO-ANTIBODY), COMBINED WITH DENGUE VIRUS DISEASE PERFORMANCE IgM", capable of providing faster results in compared with the other tests currently used, which, as a result, improves and expands the efficacy in the treatment of the disease.
