PROCESS OF PREPARATION OF ALCOHOLIC AND GLYCERIN ESTERS FROM TRIGLYCERIDES AND ALCOHOLS WITH THE ASSISTANCE OF A HETEROGENEOUS CATALYST IN THE PRESENCE OF CONTROLLED WATER. The present invention relates to a process of preparing a composition of alcoholic esters of linear monocarboxylic acids of 6 to 26 carbon atoms and glycerin from a vegetable or animal oil, neutral or acid, virgin or recycled, with mono-alcohols from 1 to 18 atoms, in the presence of a zinc aluminate catalyst and in the presence of a controlled water content that allows to obtain directly, in one or more stages, an ester usable as a fuel or fuel and a glycerin of improved purity that contains a low content in ethers. |
