abstract CATALYST COMPONENT FOR ETHYLENE POLYMERIZATION, PROCESS TO PREPARE CATALYST COMPONENT, CATALYST FOR ETHYLENE POLYMERIZATION AND PROCESS FOR ETHYLENE POLYMERIZATION. A catalyst component for ethylene polymerization is described, comprising an organic silicon component of formula (I), wherein R1 is a C3 -C2 aliphatic hydrocarbyl which is substituted with at least one selected substituent. halogens, C 1 -C 6 acyloxy groups, epoxy, amino, C 1 -C 6 alkylamino groups, di (C 1 -C 6 alkyl) amino groups, C 3 alkoxy groups ~ 1-6C-glycoxy, and oxo group; R ~ 2 ~, R ~ 3 ~ and R ~ 4 ~ are independently a C ~ 1 ~ -C ~ 10 ~ aliphatic hydrocarbyl, a C ~ 3 ~ -C ~ 10 ~ alicyclic hydrocarbyl, a C ~ 6 ~ -C aryl ~ 10 ~, a C ~ 7 ~ -C ~ 10 ~ aralkyl, or a C ~ 7 ~ -C ~ 10 ~ aralkyl. A process for preparing the catalyst component and a highly active catalyst comprising the catalyst component are also described.
