PROCESS OF PREPARING A CATALYST USED FOR GAS OXIDATION IN LIGHT ALKENOS TO UNSATURATED ALDEHYDE The present invention provides a process for preparing complex oxide catalysts containing Mo, Bi, Fe and Co, which comprises the following steps: dissolving compounds precursors of the catalyst and complexing agent components in water to obtain a solution, and then drying, molding and calcining the solution to obtain the catalyst. The catalyst is used for the gas phase oxidation of light alkenes to unsaturated aldehydes. The catalyst has high activity, selectivity and stability. The reaction condition is light. The catalyst preparation process is easy to operate and can be used for mass production. |
