titleOfInvention CHICKEN CREST HYALURONIC ACID EXTRACTION AND PURIFICATION PROCESS
abstract process of extraction and purification of hyaluronic acid from chicken crest. The present invention relates to the pretreatment of refluxing minced chicken ridges with soxhlet acetone to remove the present fat, followed by treatment with naci distilled water and purified by adding 50 and 75% etoh of the original volume. Under these conditions, the ridges are left at 4Â ° C, then the white precipitate is separated by centrifugation, and the supernatant in the first etoh solution is discarded. After freezing of the precipitate from the last ethanol step, the material is lyophilized to dryness and stored as such. The material obtained can be used to produce mesenchymal stem cell growth media, together with collagen to produce burned skin in the medical field; or even added in facial creams in the cosmetic area.
