The present invention relates to a set of two piping coaxial conduits comprising at least two unitary elements (5a, 5b) of coaxial conduits each comprising an inner conduit (5a2, 5b2) and a conduit ( 5a1, 5b1) with an annular gap (5a3, 5b3), preferably filled with an insulating material, mounted end to end by welding, comprising a hollow tubular wall sleeve (1) of rigid or semi-rigid material preferably plastic or composite material, said conduit wrapping in front of the weld joint (7) of said two coaxial conduit unit members (5a, 5b), said hollow tubular wall of the sleeve having a housing. (1a) and an inner shell (1b) tightly connected at their longitudinal ends (1c), thereby defining an inner volume filled with a virtually incompressible thermal insulating material.
