titleOfInvention | CONNECTION TEST STRIP, DEVICE UNDERSTANDING CONNECTION TEST STRIP, AND CONNECTION TEST METHOD |
abstract | "Binding test strip, device comprising the binding test strip, and, binding test method" means a porous solid phase for binding assay that allows a whole blood test sample to be readily, conveniently, accurately, and accurately analyzed; inexpensively without requiring pretreatment, and a binding assay method using said porous solid phase are described. At least one surfactant is incorporated into the porous solid phase for binding assay prior to the addition of a test sample, the at least one surfactant being selected from the group consisting of (a) a sugar-containing surfactant comprising a compound shown by a formula. (i), (b) a sugar-containing surfactant comprising a sucrose fatty acid ester wherein the constituent fatty acid has from 5 to 14 carbon atoms, and (c) a steroid surfactant. |
