process for clearing keratin substances, device with multiple compartments and direct oil-in-water emulsion. the present invention deals with a process to lighten or dye human keratin materials, in which are used: a) an emulsion (a) comprising one or more fatty substances in an amount greater than 25% by weight; one or more non-ionic oxyalkylenate surfactants; an amount of water greater than 5% by weight relative to the total weight of the emulsion, and one or more oxidizing agents, and b) a composition comprising one or more alkaline agents. the present invention also deals with a device with multiple compartments comprising, in one, an emulsion (a), and, in another, a composition (b) comprising one or more alkaline agents. |
