titleOfInvention PRODUCTION PROCESS, COMPOSITES, SYSTEM AND MEDICAL AND VETERINARY DEVICES BIO-ACTIVE, BIOINTEGRIBLE, CONDUCTIVE, TISSUE INDUCTORS FOR FIXING, REPAIR, RECONSTRUCTION, REMODELING, INTRA, SUPRA TISSUE AND/OR TOTAL, PERMANENT, BIOLOGICAL AND PHYSIOLOGICALLY BIOCOMPATIBLE
abstract PRODUCTION PROCESS, COMPOSITES, SYSTEM AND MEDICAL AND VETERINARY DEVICES BIO-ACTIVE, BIOINTEGRABLE, CONDUCTORS, TISSUE INDUCTORS FOR FIXING, REPAIR, RECONSTRUCTION, REMODELING, INTRA, SUPRA TISSUE AND/OR TOTAL, PERMANENT, BIOLOGICAL AND PHYSIOLOGICALLY BIOCOMPATIBLE PLASTICS. Where the main element of the composites used in the manufacture are nanostructured phospho-calcium materials, and mainly the HA/TCP micro macro porous biphasic bioceramic, according to patent PI 9104220-8, and PI 0602372-O A2, "Process of obtainment of bioceramic material and implantation of bone morphogenetic complex" and "Process of preparation of composites based on bioceramics and biodegradable polymers, containing antibiotics and angiotensin (1-7), the referred devices being a new innovative development and new state of the art of object described in those patents, presenting enormous advantages, with conducting and inducing properties for uses in tissue neoformation, reconstruction, remodeling, plasties, maintenance of anatomical spaces, joint reconstructions, intercorporeal and extracorporeal over the current ones, with total biointegration, without the need for post-implantation removal due to its composition with a mixture of natural and/or synthetic polymeric substances, and/or u cementitious calcium phosphates, resorbable or not, with synergy of those advantages, elimination of disadvantages due to the various forms of presentation, composition, architectural physical structures, porosity, plasticity, mechanical resistance, flexibility, moldability, specific or not modelability, being part of of the monogenetic complex for its ability to support osteogenesis and chondrogenesis in relation to musculoskeletal tissues, characterized by implantable prosthetic devices, definitive reconstructors without the need to be removed by incorporation, biocompatibility, biointegration by bioactivity interfaces, ease of application, logistics, storage, transport and better cost/benefit, risk/benefit ratios, among others, and total possibility of universalization, being able to be formed intra and extra corporeally, produced in series or in a personalized way, for perfect adaptation and incorporation, mainly in due to the physical/architectural structures and chemical phases, providing local conditions for tissue repair, mainly due to the properties of supporting tissue conduction and genesis.
