| abstract | <B> COMPOUND FROM BIOMASS AND GLYCERIN, <D> specially developed to meet the eco-efficiency aspect, being an energy production process with ecological efficiency. It concerns the production of biomass and glycerin compost as an additive or binder that can be exposed in the form of bale, briquettes, pellets or mixture for the purpose of using the raw eglycerin biomass from the Biodiesel industry, soap or other sources. The solid concentrate is produced through the compound formed by the mixture of biomass and glycerin, which can be used for energy production and animal feed. The bale is produced by pressing the compound in a rectangular or cylindrical shape for energy generation and animal feed. The pellets are produced by pressing the compound in different sizes and shapes: spherical, cylindrical or in another geometry produced from a mixture of biomass and glycerin (concentrate), it can be used to produce energy and animal feed. The briquette is produced by pressing the compound in a small block in a pre-defined way, resulting from the application of pressure in a mixture of biomass with a binder also known as ecological wood. The process has significant advantages, as it takes advantage of waste from the production of biodiesel, such as cake and gum, transforming them into a co-product with the purpose of increasing the calorific value and taking advantage of the residues from biodiesel production. |
