PROCEDURE FOR OBTAINING POSITIVELY LOADED AMPHIFYLIC VESICULES, POSITIVELY LOADED AMPHIFYLIC VESICULES, THEIR PHARMACEUTICAL AND / OR COSMETIC COMPOSITIONS, AND THEIR USES. The present invention provides a method for obtaining positively charged polymeric double-layer amphiphilic and amphiphilic vesicles containing at least two actives with distinct solubilities (water soluble and liposoluble). Additionally, the present application is intended for pharmaceutical and / or cosmetic compositions containing said amphiphilic vesicles and their applications as antineoplastic, antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory agents. |
