abstract METHOD FOR DETECTION OF MICROCISTIN AND / OR NODULARIN IN ENVIRONMENTAL SAMPLES; DIAGNOSTIC KIT, POLYLONAL ANTIBODY FOR DETECTION OF MICROCYSTINS AND / OR NODALARIN IN ENVIRONMENTAL SAMPLES AND METHOD OF PRODUCTION OF THE REFERRED POLYCLONAL ANTIBODY. The present invention relates to a method of detecting microcystins and / or nodalarin in environmental samples comprising the steps of sensitizing microtiter plates with the MCLR antigen; block plates with 2.5% casein solution; produce the formation of an immunocomplex; adding 100 µl of the immunocomplex formed in step (iii) to the blocked microplate; add peroxidase labeled anti-IgG conjugate and reveal reaction with OPD substrate. The present invention further relates to the production of a diagnostic kit for the detection of microcystins and / or nodularin using said method.
