titleOfInvention method for diagnosis and monitoring of alpha-synucleinopathies by determining levels of mirnas in biological samples
abstract METHOD FOR DIAGNOSIS AND MONITORING OF ALPHA SYNUCLEINOPATHIES BY THE DETERMINATION OF MIRN LEVELS IN BIOLOGICAL SAMPLES. The present invention discloses a diagnostic / prognostic method of alpha synucleinopathies such as Parkinson's disease. The method of the invention comprises detecting the level of specific mature microRNAs in biological fluid samples such as blood and is useful for diagnosis, monitoring response to chemical or surgical treatment.
