titleOfInvention mixer for the manufacture of bulk food obtained by isothermal reaction for zootechnical use
abstract MIXER FOR FOOD MANUFACTURING IN BLOCK, OBTAINED THROUGH ISOTHERMAL REACTION, FOR ZOOTECHNICAL USE. It consists of a Blender for the Manufacture of Food in Blocks, Obtained through Isothermal Reaction, for Zootechnical Use, developed in solid material such as stainless steel (all types of steel), carbon alloys, aluminum, copper, bronze or metallic alloy of any kind, and gold and silver can be used. With the purpose of producing and placing on the market a new type of food for ruminants and horses raised on pasture or confined. The isothermal reaction of the flour mix containing the hydroxide-based ingredients and the cane molasses or other product in the form of sweet syrup is very fast, it is not possible to keep mixing the ingredients for more than 120 seconds. Due to this difficulty, our experiences demonstrated the need for the internal part of the Blender for the Manufacture of Food in Blocks, Obtained through Isothermal Reaction, for Zootechnical Use to be timely coated with non-stick material of the tefion type that can be sprayed with a gun, glued or applied by adhesion / pressure, in this case blocked by plates and screws at the ends, and other types of products such as hydrocarbon derivatives can also be used less efficiently.
