abstract PROCESS FOR OBTAINING REGENERATED ELASTOMER, COMPOSITION OF REGENERATED ELASTOMER AND ARTICLES BASED ON RECYCLED RUBBER. A process for obtaining regenerated elastomer from said process is described, comprising processing said particles or granules of crosslinked elastomer with a proportion of regenerating agent in conventional equipment, at a temperature between 30 ° and 60 ° for 4 to 60 minutes, and then, add a ratio of between 2.5 and 20 phr, preferably between 5 and 15 phr, of virgin or post-consumer automotive paraffinic lubricating oil and from 0 to 30 phr, preferably between 2.5 and 10 phr, of agricultural waste ash, processing again for another 5-15 minutes, for a total time of 9-75 minutes. Also described are the compositions obtained from the inventive process, as well as the artifacts obtained by revulcanizing the compositions. The artifacts find application as vehicle mats and for civil construction, soles, industrial mats, mix with virgin elastomer for making tires and similar uses.
