titleOfInvention | process for treating vinasse, concentrated vinasse, composition comprising concentrated vinasse and its use in crops, treated water and its use, yeast rich sludge and agricultural product comprising yeast rich sludge |
abstract | PROCESSING TREATMENT OF VINTAGE, CONCENTRATED VINEYARD, COMPOSITION UNDERSTANDING CONCENTRATED VINEYARD AND ITS USE IN TREE, TREATED WATER AND ITS USE, YEAST-RICH SLUDGE AND AGRICULTURAL PRODUCT UNDERSTANDING RICH YEAST SLUDGE. The present invention refers to a process of vinasse treatment, a by-product of alcoholic fermentation, through tangential filtration composed by membranes in series of various porosities in the ultrafiltration and nanofiltration bands, ending with reverse osmosis and the concentrated product from this process, this product is rich in salts useful in the cultivation of plants, the treated water obtained for reuse in the industrial process and the iodine rich in yeast for use in the composition of animal feed. The present invention also relates to compositions comprising such concentrates and the use of these compositions in the cultivation of plants. |
