titleOfInvention methodology and process applicable to obtain commercial scale centrifugal cationic natural rubber latex
abstract METHODOLOGY AND PROCESS APPLICABLE TO OBTAINING LATEX FROM NATURAL CHAIN SCENE CENTRIFUGED IN COMMERCIAL SCALE. The present invention relates to an operating system responsible for producing anionic stable "LNC" cationic natural latex particles by the addition of sulfectant in the field. This process begins at the time of bleeding with total cleaning of the collection equipment and obstructing any impurities that may compromise the quality of the final product, preserving the fresh latex with ammonia alone or together with Other chemicals are then transported to a mill where it is filtered through a 5 mm mesh and stored in tanks (6) for centrifugation (7) and then. transported to the homogenizers through gravity pipelines and serum (9) is gravity drained through coagulation tank pipelines (10), and in the formulation process (11) the LNCs must have a dry rubber content , "DRC", of the order of 60% by mass, of which. therefore centrifugation (7) responsible for increasing up to 65% the dry rubber content, and to prevent fermentative degradation, agents in appropriate proportions to stabilize the latex are added.
