abstract SENSOR DEVICE, PROCESS OF PREPARING THE METHOD DEVICE FOR DETECTION OF ARTEMISININ IN MULTICOMPONENT SAMPLES, AND USE. The object of the present invention is to provide an amperometric device for detecting artemisinin and the process for producing it. The device is easy to operate, susceptible to miniaturization and portability. This sensor makes it possible to diagnose changes in artemisinin levels, in focus in a more precise, fast, simple and selective way than the currently existing systems. In particular, the device comprises a carbon paste base, from the immobilization of hemin on titanium oxide-modified silica gel, capable of quantifying low levels of artemisinin (RNA) in a sample, especially a multicomponent sample, for example , an isolate, a plant extract, an enriched fraction, a phytotherapic composition, a cosmetic composition and a pharmacological composition. The present invention is in the fields of chemistry and pharmacy.
