abstract | Fluorescent Polyamine Derivative Compound, Synthesis Process and Use thereof The present invention relates to novel fluorescent polyamine derivatives having a benzoxadiazole group, their preparation process and their use as diagnostic tools which allow highlight the polyamine transport system in cancer cells and, therefore, select patients with such tumors in order to adapt their treatment. these derivatives correspond to formula (1) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein: r1 represents one or more groups no2 at position 4 or 6, or so2ph, so2nme2, so2nh2, so3h, r2 represents a hydrogen, a C1-6 alkyl, a benzyl, a perfluoralkyl group, the values of a, b, c may be from 2 to 5 independently of each other and represent alkylene chains that separate the amino groups, and the values of d and e may independently be o or 1. |
