WATER INJECTABLE FORMULATION, PREPARATION PROCESS AND USE |
abstract |
Sterile aqueous injectable formulation, process for preparing it and its use The invention relates to a sterile injectable aqueous gel formulation composed of hyaluronic acid (or one of its salts) with or without other polysaccharide (s) of natural origin and one or more polyols (s). This formulation is used intra-articular in the treatment of joint degeneration. in some cases it has a rheology close to that of synovial fluid and always has an increased resistance to degradation thanks to a synergistic effect between hyaluronic acid and polyols. |
