METHOD FOR THE PRODUCTION OF SACCHARIDE, PROGUT TYPE WATER SOLUBLE SACCHARIDE COMPOSITION AND METHOD FOR THE PRODUCTION OF A SACCHARIDE COMPOSITION. The present invention relates to a novel saccharide composition isolated from a yeast culture. The invention also relates to a yeast cell-based saccharide composition with increased water solubility. The saccharide compositions described in the invention can be used as nutritional or pharmaceutical additives or as part of a nutritional or pharmaceutical composition in order to promote the health of an animal or human to which said composition is administered. The invention also relates to methods of producing said saccharide compositions. |
