abstract | Thin Sheet Press Forming Device and Press Forming Method The present invention relates to a press forming device includes a function and a die, such as a mold to be measured, and a deformation measuring device arranged inside the mold and measuring an amount of deformation generated by forming the press. The strain gauge is positioned on the pressure direction side with respect to a radius end of a die shoulder on the material flow outlet side when the mold is positioned on a press forming lower dead center. the strain measuring device is preferably positioned within a region defined by a surface that is distant from the center of curvature of a curved mold surface by the distance which is ten times r, where r is a radius of curvature of the curved surface. |
